Role Overview
The CSA for Exchange is a customer-facing technical leader responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Microsoft Exchange solutions across enterprise environments. This role ensures secure, scalable, and compliant messaging platforms, enabling customers to modernize their infrastructure and adopt Microsoft 365 services effectively.

Key Responsibilities
• Solution Architecture & Design
o Architect hybrid and cloud Exchange solutions, including migrations to Exchange Online.
o Integrate Exchange with Microsoft 365 services (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and Azure Active Directory.
o Ensure security, compliance, and resiliency in all designs.
• Deployment & Optimization
o Lead Exchange Server and Exchange Online deployments, upgrades, and health assessments.
o Implement retention policies, compliance configurations, and disaster recovery strategies.
o Optimize performance and troubleshoot complex messaging issues.
• Customer Engagement
o Conduct technical workshops, proof-of-concepts, and readiness sessions.
o Act as a trusted advisor to technical and business stakeholders.
o Align solutions with customer success plans and modernization goals.
• Governance & Automation
o Implement governance for Exchange Online and hybrid environments.
o Use PowerShell scripting and Graph API for automation and management tasks.

Required Skills
• Deep knowledge of Exchange Server architecture, administration, and migration.
• Proficiency in Exchange Online configuration and hybrid deployment.
• Strong understanding of Active Directory, Azure AD, and networking fundamentals.
• Advanced troubleshooting and performance tuning skills.

Preferred Qualifications
• 5+ years in customer-facing roles involving enterprise messaging systems.
• Experience with compliance solutions and email retention policies.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 usage reporting and optimization.
• Relevant certifications in Exchange and Microsoft technologies.
