Join us and be part of this journey towards greater opportunities and brighter futures.Role OverviewAs a Cloud Solution Architect (V-CSA), you will deliver advanced, hands-on technical expertise across the Microsoft Power Platform. This role is built by consolidating requirements from Global Delivery Power Platform standards and existing CSA Power Platform role definitions.You will support enterprise and regulated customers across the Nordics, acting as a trusted technical advisor while demonstrating a strong growth mindset, continuous learning, and customer obsession. Onsite presence and customer travel within the Nordics are required when needed, depending on customer and engagement requirements.Key Responsibilities – Power Platform DeliveryAct as a senior technical authority for Microsoft Power Platform, including:Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven)Power Automate (Cloud flows)Power Automate Desktop (RPA)Power Pages (external-facing, secure portals)Design, deliver, and support enterprise-scale Power Platform solutionsTranslate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable architecturesLead solution design, technical architecture, and implementation for complex customer scenariosKey Responsibilities – Automation, Integration & ArchitectureDesign automation solutions combining cloud flows, desktop flows, and human-in-the-loop patternsBuild solutions using Dataverse including data modeling, security roles, and performance considerationsIntegrate Power Platform solutions with:Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, API Management)Dynamics 365External and on‑premises systems via APIsApply best practices for:Environment strategyGovernance and DLP policiesALM and solution lifecycle managementCapacity, performance, and scalabilityKey Responsibilities – Advisory & LeadershipDeliver high-quality hands-on customer engagements (workshops, assessments, PoCs, pilots, and production delivery)Act as a trusted advisor to senior technical and business stakeholdersSupport customers in Power Platform adoption, including CoE setup and platform maturityCollaborate closely with CSAMs, Global Delivery CSAs, field teams, and partnersMentor junior engineers and contribute to reusable assets, reference architectures, and playbooksDemonstrate a strong growth mindset, continuously learning new Power Platform capabilities and adapting to changeRequired Technical SkillsStrong hands-on experience delivering Power Platform solutions in enterprise environmentsDeep expertise in:Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven)Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop/RPA)Power PagesDataverseStrong understanding of:Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)Governance and security modelsData integration and APIsExperience delivering customer-facing technical engagements (remote and onsite)Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsEnglish proficiency (written and verbal)Preferred QualificationsFamiliarity with Power Platform CoE Starter Kit and adoption frameworksKnowledge of Power Platform licensing and capacity modelsExperience working with Nordic customersRelevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL‑400, PL‑600)LocationIdeally based in FinlandOther Nordic countries (Sweden, Norway, Denmark) are acceptableLanguage RequirementsEnglish: MandatoryFinnish: Highly preferredAdditional Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish) are a plus Location:FIN -Work-at-HomeLanguage Requirements:Time Type:Full time
