Responsibilities
ā¢ Proactively manage and maintain cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.

ā¢ Collaborate with various engineering teams to support user consumption of applications in the cloud in a sophisticated enterprise environment.

ā¢ Engage in application monitoring to assist in identifying and addressing application performance or availability issues.

ā¢ Continuously monitor supporting application infrastructure to help identify and report on scalability and performance issues.

ā¢ Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for application support procedures.
Requirements
ā¢ Bachelor's Degree in the IT field, related technical discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

ā¢ 5+ years of experience in IT, with a strong focus on cloud operations and customer support.

ā¢ Proficiency with AWS cloud services and infrastructure management.

ā¢ Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

ā¢ Experience in providing customer-focused technical support.

ā¢ Knowledge of Linux distributions (e.g., RedHat, CentOS).

ā¢ Familiarity with DevOps practices, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and continuous integration tools (e.g., GitLab CI, Nexus).
