Ignite is currently seeking driven, detail-oriented Cloud Engineer to join our team! This position can be filled in Dayton, OH, Huntsville, AL, St. Louis, MO or Remote. Contingent on contract award. Job Requirements and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field Strong communication and organizational skills US citizenship active TS/SCI clearance Must possess an IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+, CCNA Security, CySA+). Cloud Platforms: Working knowledge of Cloud-based technologies, specifically Amazon Web Services (AWS). Operating Systems: Hands-on experience with both Windows and Linux operating systems. Scripting: Experience utilizing PowerShell for automation or administration. Ticket Management: Efficiently resolves help desk tickets using Jira Service Management (JSM) in a demanding, fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Cloud Certifications: Fundamental AWS certifications, such as AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or higher. Advanced Security Credentials: Active IAT Level III certification (e.g., CISSP, CASP+, or SecurityX). Atlassian Administration: * Proven experience administering Jira and Confluence, including user management, workflow configuration, and plugin implementation. Possesses a combination of practical Jira administration experience and formal Atlassian Jira Administrator training. Security Clearance Requirements : Must have an active TS/SCI Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one. Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline.
