This role is vital in helping our clients optimize their cloud infrastructure and adopt best practices for scalable, secure, and efficient cloud solutions. The Cloud Consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored cloud strategies that align with our company's mission of technological excellence.' Cloud AWS Consultant Client: BC Crown Corporation Remote Role – Long Term Client spent 3 years migrating from Microsoft windows on-premise to AWS cloud. This project is now complete. - Design and build various infrastructure architectures for application containerization with ECS, Docker, ALB, NLB, RDS, PrivateLink connections, VPN, AWS Network firewall etc. - Automating repetitive tasks by scripting (Python, bash, Powershell) or introducing innovative solutions into the company. - Build and deploy code using GitHub, BitBucket, TeamCity and Octopus Deploy CI/CD tools. - Document and draw diagrams of designed architectures on Jira and Confluence. - Help peers by sharing my knowledge and always learning from the best, recognizing other merits, and trying to improve team collaboration. Technology Stack - DevOps tools (50% of role is based on the below stack): · AWS Platform · Octopus Deploy · TeamCity · Database AWS RDS Microsoft SQL · Postgres · Within the AWS cloud, CLBC will be migrating from Windows to Linux Client is primarily using the AWS cloud platform but in order to connect with the BC Government, the consultant must also have experience with the below Azure tools (50% of role is based on the below stack) · Azure Microsoft Exchange · Azure Identity Management · Azure Single Sign-On Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract Contract length: 12 months Experience: • Octopus and Teamcity: 5 years (required) • Azure Microsoft Exchange Single Sign on: 5 years (required) • AWS: 5 years (required) Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
