Requirements
• Plan, develop and execute the Change Management deliverables such as the Change Strategy, Communication Plan, End User Enablement Plan and Change Impact Analysis
• Lead a team of other Change Management professionals
• Exceed customer expectations by demonstrating outstanding verbal and written communication skills, presentation capabilities, analysis, creative thinking and solutions
• Contribute to knowledge sharing sessions, team development activities, team morale and coaching
• Provide insight into our methodology and IP to continually improve and transform our change proficiencies
• Create new Change Management innovations
• Strategize, analyze, and execute against the plans by coaching, motivating and providing examples to expedite the work
• Help build the Change Management practice by contributing to methodology, assets, knowledge sharing and developing talent
