Our Corporate Headquarters is looking to hire a Closing Coordinator supporting PST business hours.
ALL REMOTE POSITIONS REQUIRE A DOWNLOAD SPEED OF NO LESS THAN 50 MBPS.
Job Title: Closing Coordinator
Reports To: Closing Manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Department: Closing
Division: Retail
Salary Range: $45K to $50K per year
Summary: Validates fees and insures compliant disclosure through the loan process.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
Confirms and enters verified data in Encompass to include but not limited to: AKA�s, taxes and insurance amounts and wire instructions
Reviews preliminary title reports to verify property address and vesting are correct and consistent to ensure closing documents will be prepared accurately. Enters vesting information in Encompass.
Ensures all required title/closing agent contact information is correctly entered in Encompass
Gather all necessary information for accurate preparation of closing documents.
Prepares and distributes initial closing disclosure to ensure that loan applicants receive complete and accurate disclosure in compliance with Federal and State regulations
Monitors and tracks the pipeline of loans to ensure timeliness and accuracy of documents.
Assist closers with re-disclosures for change of circumstances.
Other assigned tasks or responsibilities that may not be delineated above.
