The Company has offices in Somerville and Andover, Massachusetts with 300+ employees.The Role: Support operational planning and execution of clinical trials from study start-up through close-outManage CROs, central labs, and other clinical vendors to ensure delivery of key milestonesContribute to protocol development and review study-related documents including CRFs, ICFs, and study manualsOversee site selection and initiation activities; maintain strong communication with investigators and site staffParticipate in clinical study team meetings, support cross-functional coordination, and track study timelinesMaintain Trial Master File (TMF) and ensure inspection readinessTrack study metrics and assist in data cleaning and reconciliation activitiesAssist in review of monitoring reports and ensure follow-up on key findingsSupport budgeting, invoice reconciliation, and vendor contract managementCoordinate investigator meetings and other study-related eventsThe Ideal Candidate will have:Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field; advanced degree a plus3-5 years of experience in clinical trial operations, with at least 1 year independently managing aspects of a trialWorking knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and global regulatory requirementsDemonstrated ability to manage vendors and collaborate across functionsStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant clinical systems (e.g., EDC, eTMF)Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a problem-solving mindsetEducationBachelor’s degree required; life sciences focus preferredNice to Have (Optional)Experience in respiratory, immunology, or oncology trialsPrior exposure to IND-enabling studies or global trial executionFamiliarity with AI-driven platforms or digital tools in clinical researchWhy Join UsAt Generate, you’ll contribute to cutting-edge clinical programs powered by Generative Biology™. Your actual base salary will be based on several factors, including job-related skills, experience, internal equity, relevant education or training, and market dynamics.
