Clinical Support Manager, Joint Replacement

Oversees the clinical support provided to company customers by Clinical Support Specialists, including case support, troubleshooting, and preparation of company instruments during pre operative, intra operative, and post operative phases. Supervises and develops clinical team members to continuously enhance their clinical knowledge in both robotic and non robotic procedures. Establishes and maintains effective communication with the Sales team and MET team to maintain and continuously improve service quality. Ensures scrub team members are fully prepared and available for daily surgical operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manages all scrub technician activities to support the daily Joint Replacement (JR) business.
Builds and develops a strong, knowledgeable, and accountable scrub technician team to ensure effective clinical and operational support.
Leads instrument demonstrations and customer workshops to effectively communicate product features, benefits, and value proposition.
Partners with the Sales team to establish, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key hospital stakeholders.
Coordinates with the 4PL distributor to ensure proper maintenance, readiness, and availability of all instrument sets.
Plans and forecasts instrument set requirements in alignment with business growth and evolving market needs.
Delivers monthly training sessions and on the job coaching to scrub technicians.
Develops and manages structured training programs to enhance scrub technician capabilities, including training support for sales representatives and hospital clinical staff.
Coordinates headcount deployment planning in collaboration with the Commercial Manager to ensure adequate clinical support coverage.
Leads the execution of complex surgical cases, including complex primary procedures, revision cases, and Mako robotic cases.
Collaborates with the Marketing team to develop clinical training plans and build scrub technician competency aligned with product and strategic initiatives.
