As a Clinical Supervisor - BCBA at Autonomous Behavior Solutions, your role would be:

Essential Functions:

Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

Design and oversee evidence-based programming using ABA principles (DTT, PECS, NET, PRT, etc.)

Supervise and train Behavior Technicians and RBTs on intervention plans and data collection systems.

Ensure ongoing progress monitoring, data analysis, and goal refinement.

Collaborate with assistant supervisors, school psychologists, educators, and administrative teams to implement behavior support plans.

Support trauma-informed and multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) practices.

Lead team trainings and contribute to clinical program development.

Attend IEP meetings and provide clinical consultation within school settings as needed.

Maintain a minimum of 15-20 hours for our part-time position.

The part-time position must be available during our prime after-school hours, between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM PST.

Additional Functions:

Actively communicates Autonomous Behavior Solutions’ outreach efforts to the community.

Responds to referrals for service in a timely and appropriate manner.

Participates in professional meetings or conferences deemed to be beneficial for program development.

Adheres to the mission, vision, and values of Autonomous Behavior Solutions.

Required Education and Experience:

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.

Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACBÂŽ.

At least 5 years of experience working with children diagnosed with autism or developmental delays.

Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in ABA settings.

Strong knowledge of ABA methodologies and experience with FBA/BIP development.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

At least 1 year of experience providing remote supervision.

A commitment to cultural responsiveness, ethical practice, and family-centered care.

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

Must be able to frequently stand, walk, sit, and utilize hand and finger dexterity. Continually required to talk, hear, and sit at a desk to complete the required work.

Frequent interactions with families, educators, and allied professionals

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

15-20 billable hours per week

Remote (In-clinic, home, telehealth)

Hours vary based on caseload and client availability.
