Clinical Solution Advisor (EHRM – Oracle Health)RemoteFull-TimeMid–Senior LevelOverviewEmerging Tech is seeking a Clinical Solution Advisor (SA) to support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Electronic Health Record Modernization Integration Office (EHRM-IO). This role is responsible for providing technical expertise in Oracle Health solutions, supporting clinical system configuration, and ensuring successful implementation and optimization of EHR capabilities across the VA enterprise.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical expertise using Oracle Health configuration tools (DCPTools, CoreEventManager, Bedrock) to manage and support clinical solutionsLeverage EHR expertise to support knowledge transfer and user adoption across stakeholdersDesign and develop new software solutions or enhancements within healthcare/clinical environmentsManage, escalate, and resolve tickets and change requests using ServiceNow in alignment with Oracle Health model recommendationsSupport functional validation, end-user testing, and EHRM-related testing eventsCoordinate with cross-functional stakeholders including VA teams, Oracle Health, and local site usersFacilitate collaboration across EHRM-IO pillars, VHA Council Management Team, and Requirements Development & Management (RDM)Track requirements, deliverables, risks, and issues to ensure deadlines are met and mitigation strategies are executedProvide strong written and verbal communication, analytical support, and documentationMinimum QualificationsMust be authorized to work in the United States5+ years of professional experienceHands-on experience with Oracle Health tools: DCPTools, Bedrock, and CoreEventManager (required)Experience designing and developing software or system enhancements in healthcare/clinical environmentsDemonstrated ability to work independently as a senior technical contributorExperience addressing systems integration, compatibility, healthcare informatics, and multi-platform environmentsExperience supporting full project lifecycle and deliveryBachelor’s degree in Healthcare IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical fieldOR 10+ additional years of relevant experience in lieu of degreePreferred QualificationsExperience supporting Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) programsExperience implementing Electronic Health Records (EHR), preferably Oracle Health/CernerFamiliarity with healthcare data standards, clinical workflows, and informaticsBenefitsRetirement PlanGroup Health Insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision)Paid Time OffReferral BonusPerformance and Retention Bonus OpportunitiesCompensationFull-Time Direct HireSalary Range: $100,000 – $125,000
