Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
ā¢ Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices.
ā¢ Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care and support for clients.
ā¢ Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
ā¢ Educate clients and their families on coping strategies and resources available to them.
ā¢ Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and stay current with best practices.
Required Qualifications
ā¢ Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
ā¢ Current state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
ā¢ Experience in a clinical setting, preferably in mental health.
ā¢ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
ā¢ Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
