This position is ideal for an individual who excels in managing documentation, providing administrative assistance, and ensuring smooth communication within the legal and risk department. The Clinical Risk Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with risk matters, preparing documents, managing matters, and providing stenographic support during risk calls ESSENTIAL FUNCTION % OF TIME Provide administrative support all risk team members, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments. 15% Prepare, format, and proofread documents and correspondence. 30% Assist in the detailed transcription of risk calls and meetings, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. 30% Assist in supporting risk event matters, electronic filing and managing of all legal documents in legal matter system and closing risk events within the system in accordance with company policies and legal standards. 10% Communicate effectively with teammates, attorneys, and other professionals to gather information and coordinate tasks while managing confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity. 10% Other duties as assigned by the Clinical Risk team. 5% Total Allocation of Time 100% More than just pay, our DaVita Rewards package connects teammates to what matters most. If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.
