Clinical Research Associate, Sponsor Dedicated

Conducting and coordinating clinical trial activities in accordance with protocol, standard operating procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with sponsor clients.
Supporting the development and implementation of clinical trial protocols.
Monitoring and tracking study progress and ensuring timely completion of all study activities.
Identifying and resolving issues and discrepancies in study data.
Maintaining accurate and complete documentation of all study-related activities.
Communicating effectively with study team members and sponsor clients to ensure smooth execution of trials.
Conducting site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits to ensure compliance with study protocols and regulations.
Ensuring adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines throughout the entire trial process.
Participating in study team meetings and providing updates on study progress.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and successful completion of trials.
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments in clinical research.
Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing solutions.
Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in all aspects of the job.
Representing the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
