Kelly Science & Clinical Functional Service Provider (FSP) is seeking a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) for a long-term position in the US with one of our Global Medical Device clients. This person will join our Kelly FSP division, a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc.

β’ *Responsibilities**
β’ Regional travel up to 75%
β’ To support 1-3 protocols in the cardiovascular/electrophysiology medical device space.
β’ *Qualifications**
β’ 3+ years of medical device monitoring experience as a CRA or Sr. CRA
β’ Bachelorβs degree is required, preferably a Bachelor of Science Degree in Life Science, Physical Science, Nursing or Biological Science.
β’ *Required Skills**
β’ In-depth knowledge of FDA regulations and ICH/GCP guidelines.
β’ Strong problem-solving skills to mitigate risks and identify issues at sites and implement effective solutions promptly.
β’ Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships with site personnel, investigators, and internal teams.
β’ A well-executed plan for communication with the study teams and sites.
β’ Well-versed in clinical trial management. They are rigorous, detail-oriented, and precise in their reports.
β’ *Preferred Skills**
β’ Cardiovascular medical device monitoring experience.
β’ Cardiovascular/electrophysiology pharma monitoring experience will be considered.
β’ *Pay range and compensation package**
β’ Pay range will depend on location and years of experience (100k β 130k+ range).
