Your Key Responsibilities
• Own Clinician Recruitment, from top-of-funnel applications through offer signed and activation
• Provide a 5-star clinician experience throughout onboarding and hiring, ensuring that our clinicians’ first touchpoints with Sailor Health are best-in-class
• Recruit the best clinicians to join Sailor Health, starting with sourcing and interviewing them, subsequently convincing them to join us
• Manage our clinician recruitment pipelines (inbound and outbound), as well as building out new recruitment channels, managed on Ashby (our ATS)
• Launch clinical recruitment for brand new specialities, creating JDs, researching compensation, and launching interview plans
• Develop clinical recruitment rubrics and criteria by working closely with our co-founder who leads Provider Growth
• Be the “product manager” for our Applicant Tracking System, ensuring that our interview plans and recruitment processes run smoothly

Your Qualifications & Skills
• You have at least 2 years of clinical recruitment experience in behavioral health or adjacent healthcare sectors (startup experience is a plus)
• You’re a strong communicator and storyteller, and can convey Sailor Health’s vision and value proposition to candidates
• You’re a people’s person; you enjoy spending your day meeting new candidates and they enjoy meeting you as you represent the company
• You are operationally excellent, and are able to manage a robust hiring and onboarding funnel with meticulous attention to detail
• You have strong data analysis & quantitative skills, and can go through recruiting pipeline data to act on key insights
• You are comfortable in a fast-paced and results-driven environment, where your good work will bring new responsibilities
