These challenges could involve managing emotions, challenging negative thinking, and reducing stress and anxiety. We are looking for a full-time, licensed Clinical Quality Manager passionate about whole-person, whole-family mental health care to join our clinical team. This position reports to the Chief Clinical Officer. What you’ll do: • Develop and maintain Quality Management / Quality Improvement program for clinical services that adheres to all regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and contractual agreements. • Monitor the performance of the plan - regularly report on performance of staff in use of policies, procedures, and protocols. • Prepares and disseminates reports on plan progress to leadership, relevant committees, and staff. Leverage data to continuously improve quality management program. • Develop, implement and champion a quality improvement culture within Bend and our business partners while ensuring consistency and excellence in execution of the quality program. • Develop and deliver all relevant quality related training to staff and key stakeholders. • Recommend and manage all accreditation and certification initiatives and activities. Who you are: • Master’s Degree in Nursing or a Bachelor’s Degree and three years experience or RN with 5 years experience. • Three or more years of experience implementing, maintaining or monitoring quality management programs in a clinical setting. • Familiarity / previous experience with JCAHO accreditation and CQI principles • Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple systems / applications • Organized and excited by a dynamic environment • Passionate about helping kids and teens achieve goals The salary range for United States residents is $75,000-$90,000 + Bonus. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Bend Health offers a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity, and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
