Responsibilities
ā¢ Provide exceptional evidenceābased psychotherapy to older adults - including Spanishāspeaking clients - via telehealth (15 hours or more per week)
ā¢ Conduct clinical assessments and intake evaluations using geriatric tools, in both English and Spanish as needed
ā¢ Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, regularly monitoring client progress and adjusting strategies as needed
ā¢ Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with company policies (assisted by our AIāpowered scribe)
ā¢ Support clients through life transitions (retirement, bereavement, isolation) using a compassionate and ageāappropriate approach
ā¢ Participate in regular team meetings to ensure best practices
ā¢ Support clients through therapy life transitions, such as retirement, loss of independence, or bereavement, using a compassionate and ageāappropriate approach.
Qualifications
ā¢ Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English required - ability to conduct full clinical assessments, therapy sessions, and documentation in both languages
ā¢ Ability to support the Sailor Health team on a contract, partātime, or fullātime basis (at least 15 hours per week)
ā¢ Degree in Clinical Psychology: either Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology or Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology
ā¢ Experience working with older adults strongly preferred
ā¢ Proficient using electronic health records (EHR) and using delivering therapy via telehealth
