We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Program Manager to join our growing team. As a key contributor to our rapidly expanding SNP business, you will play a vital role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative clinical programs that enhance care delivery and improve health outcomes.


Position Outline


This role is central to the development and evolution of our Clinical SNP offerings, directly supporting our mission to improve care for people living with chronic conditions. The Clinical Program Manager is responsible for the successful launch, development, and ongoing optimization of Workwarp's clinical SNP products. You will collaborate across the organization to develop program designs and model strategies that drive sustainable growth and deliver significant clinical value.



You will work collaboratively, adopting a project-based approach to create, develop, and refine our clinical product portfolio. Responsibilities include stakeholder management, process development and execution, oversight of clinical quality and model of care processes, and operational alignment and issue resolution.


Key Responsibilities


Leverage expertise in clinical SNP programs to drive strategic and operational improvements.
Develop and refine the clinical product and program strategy to achieve market objectives.
Serve as the clinical subject matter expert for products and programs designed for individuals with chronic conditions.
Collaborate with product, market, and sales teams to analyze competitive offerings and ensure alignment within the overall portfolio.
Ensure alignment of all Workwarp functions (enterprise, HCB, section, and market levels) in support of the clinical SNP strategy.
Champion clinical needs with executive leadership teams to understand the payer landscape in key markets and advocate for enterprise strategy.
Track clinical program development and execution budget spend against plan and coordinate course correction as needed.
Develop business cases for new clinical products and benefit designs, including a framework for annual Medicare Advantage offerings.
Create best practice operational models for emerging opportunities, including supplemental benefit development.
Collaborate with clinical initiatives to enhance health outcomes for individuals with chronic conditions.
Monitor the external environment, assessing conditions to identify and implement changes in the clinical approach.
Provide guidance and cultivate a shared vision and focus on business objectives.
Drive strategy execution with speed and resolve; foster a bias for action and a need to move quickly.


Required Qualifications


Significant experience with Medicaid and Federal healthcare program operations.
Management and strategic initiative experience.
Several years of demonstrated leadership experience setting key strategy and driving change that resulted in quantifiable positive outcomes.
Proven stakeholder management skills at the senior level; ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
Experience with enterprise-wide and cross-functional large-scale initiatives with a high degree of complexity.
Demonstrated ability to drive change across cross-functional teams effectively.
Proven ability to orchestrate and deliver program execution and results.
Demonstrated business process, project management, and executive communication experience.
