Develop and implement clinical programs that align with Aetna's mission of improving health outcomes for members.
Utilize strong analytical skills to identify gaps in healthcare services and develop solutions to address them.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvement initiatives.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide strategic recommendations.
Conduct research and analysis to support program development and implementation.
Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making adjustments as needed to ensure objectives are met.
Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory guidelines to inform program development.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers and community organizations.
Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to colleagues and team members.
Communicate program updates and progress to leadership and other stakeholders.
Identify and address potential risks and barriers to program success.
Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to promote programs and increase member engagement.
Continuously seek opportunities for program improvement and innovation.
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of program development and implementation processes.
