Clinical Product Owner

About the position

This role sits at the intersection of clinical governance, product ownership, and client-facing deployment. You’ll define the product features, ensure clinical safety and lead the rollout. into new clinics. It's a broad remit, we’re explicit about that, as the person who understands the clinical requirements is best placed to ensure they land correctly with customers.
You will be measured on product adoption across deployment sites, clinical accuracy of
delivered features and customer satisfaction during onboarding.

Responsibilities
• Own clinical requirements and translate clinical workflows into product specifications alongside SMEs, UX and engineering.
• Act as the clinical decision-maker within the team, balancing safety, usability, and delivery timelines.
• Prioritising features and managing the product backlog based on immediate deliverables and deployment needs.
• Lead on the integration, onboarding and rollout of our product across multiple clinics.
• Engage with clients to support integration and early-stage commercial discussions.
• Gather client feedback and translate it into actionable product improvements.

Requirements
• At least 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience, with the ability to translate clinical practice into product requirements.
• Contribute to clinical risk management, validation and regulatory documentation (e.g. MDR).
• Formal experience as a Product Owner or in a product management role in digital health.
• Demonstrated the ability to work and lead cross-functionally.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills, and you can explain the rationale to engineers and product decisions to clinicians.

Nice-to-haves
• Experience in paediatric cardiology or paediatric cardiac care.
