About the Role:
This is a hybrid role with up to 50% remote work, transitioning to a fully remote model after a successful 90-day training period at our Monroeville, PA office. We offer a supportive and engaging work environment where your expertise is valued. This is a full-time, permanent position with a unique 7 days on, 7 days off schedule.

Responsibilities:
As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will:
Provide exceptional clinical pharmacy services to patients and healthcare professionals.
Offer expert guidance and support to supporting staff.
Ensure the accurate and timely delivery of pharmaceutical care services, including medication therapy monitoring, patient counseling, drug information, and disease state management.

Qualifications:
Current, unrestricted Pennsylvania Pharmacy License.
Residency in Pennsylvania.
Minimum of 6 months of pharmacy experience.
6 months of experience with Windows-based applications (Windows, Microsoft Office, internet browsing, email).
Ability to work the required shift schedule (rotating shifts from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm with corresponding end times).
Preferred: Licenses in additional states.
Preferred: Experience in healthcare, insurance, benefits, or pharmacy training.
Pharm D degree or completion of a Pharmacy School Outline.
