Position Summary As a Clinical Pharmacist - Oncology BCOP, you'll play a critical role in our Enterprise Oncology division, interacting with oncology provider clients and driving transformative patient care. Your expertise will help us analyze data, develop solutions, and improve our oncology care programs. You'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including Medical Directors, to consult on complex oncology cases and appeal support. Key Responsibilities: Interact with oncology provider clients participating in Transform Oncology Care programs, providing subject matter expertise and support. Analyze data to develop solutions that enhance member quality, medical cost, and profit. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive results and improve oncology care programs. Consult with Medical Directors on complex oncology cases to assist with appeal support. Provide educational support and resources to healthcare providers and patients. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in oncology care, treatment guidelines, and industry trends. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: 1+ year of BCOP clinical pharmacist experience. BCOP certification. PharmD degree from an accredited pharmacy program. Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years of clinical oncology patient experience. Experience with oncology care programs and initiatives. Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you'll need: Strong clinical knowledge of oncology care and treatment guidelines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
