Now Hiring: Remote Oncology RN – $40/hr
Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking an experienced Oncology Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Medical Chart Abstraction Specialist. This is a fully remote opportunity where you’ll leverage your clinical expertise to support critical data initiatives in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Location: Remote (Work from home)
Pay Rate: The anticipate payrate is between $38-$40/hr. Hourly rate may depend upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors.
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
What You’ll Do
✔️ Accurately abstract information from electronic medical records (EMR) into the electronic data capture tool.
✔️ Conduct quality and accuracy testing as requested, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and patient confidentiality requirements.
✔️ Navigate EHR databases with ease to retrieve and verify key patient data.
✔️ Work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with the team through Microsoft Teams.
What We’re Looking For
✅ Must-Haves:
• Active RN license (Oncology experience required).
• Experience with electronic medical chart abstraction.
• Proficiency in navigating EHR/EMR databases.
• High-speed internet access for seamless remote work.
✅ Preferred:
• OCN Certification (Oncology Certified Nurse).
• Experience in performing chart abstractions in oncology, academic, or research settings.
• Data analysis background.

Strong attention to detail & ability to multi-task
Teamwork-oriented with the ability to work independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
