As an early-stage company, priorities will shift quickly and this role is expected to flex into new areas based on where the business needs the most support Operational Acumen: You are detail-oriented and systems-minded. You can document processes without over-engineering them. You can balance near-term execution with long-term system building Collaboration: You are comfortable working across clinical, operational, and technical domains. You operate with influence, not authority Drive to Learn: You ask good questions and spot gaps others miss. You are excited by roles that don’t have rigid boundaries and are willing to step into what is most needed. You are motivated by learning quickly and taking on increasing responsibility over time.
