is Seeking licensed behavioral health clinicians to support
ABA clinical reviews, treatment plan evaluation, and authorization/medical necessity decisions
for pediatric, adolescent, and adult populations with developmental, cognitive, and behavioral disorders.
Job title: Behavioral Health – ABA Clinical Review
Location: Remote (EST time zone)
Job Requirements
• Active, unrestricted LCSW or LMHC license (mandatory, independent practice required)
• 2+ years (Junior) or 5+ years (Senior) ABA clinical experience
• Experience in ABA treatment plan review, assessments, and authorization support
• Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling/related field
Responsibilities
• Review ABA treatment plans and clinical documentation
• Determine medical necessity for services
• Conduct or evaluate clinical assessments and progress reports
• Support authorization, reauthorization, and appeals
• Ensure compliance and audit-ready documentation
• Collaborate with ABA providers and clinical teams
Education Requirements
• Master’s degree required
• MSW (for LCSW candidates)
• Master’s degree in Counseling or related clinical field (for LMHC candidates)
