What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide training and education to customers on the operation of instruments
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide clinical support
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with products
- Collaborate on installations and demonstrations to support the sales team
- Travel up to 75% of the time, including overnight stays, and lift or maneuver 40 lbs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years' experience in hospital or research with medical device capital equipment
- B.S. or A.S. degree, preferred in Medical Technology or Respiratory Therapy
- Ability to travel and lift heavy objects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Previous experience in respiratory, blood gas analysis, monitors, Immunoassay, hospital data management systems, or mentor/educator
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience as a medical device sales representative or service engineer
- Knowledge of Microsoft CRM
- Background in a highly regulated environment
