We are seeking a talented Clinical Account Manager to join our team, bringing their expertise in clinical consulting, account management, and population health strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Ā Develop and present comprehensive population health and care management strategies to various stakeholders, including account executives and clinicians.
Ā Analyze and interpret clinical data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement in population health outcomes.
Ā Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance on healthcare policy, managed care industry trends, and best practices in care management.
Ā Collaborate with clinical subject matter experts, reporting, and account informatics teams to develop and maintain high-quality account reporting and messaging.
Requirements:
Ā Minimum 5 years of clinical/health management practice experience, with a strong understanding of managed care industry trends and healthcare policy.
Ā Licensed clinician (e.g., RN, RPh) preferred.
Ā Advanced degree (MPH, MBA, MSN or MS) preferred.
