CNA Job Summary:
The Clinic Medical Assistant (CNA) assists nurses (RNs and LPNs) in helping residents with their daily living tasks.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
? Provide care to multiple residents in the facility.
? Respect and uphold resident rights.
? Assist with personal care and daily living activities.
? Help nurses with admitting, transferring, and discharging residents.
? Assist in treatments and examinations of residents.
? Support rehabilitation and restorative care as directed.
? Maintain reliability and punctuality in attendance.
Required Qualifications:
? Current and valid CNA license in the state of employment.
? Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
? Ability to make independent decisions when necessary.
? Ability to work cooperatively with other staff members.
