Clinic Billing Specialist III- Remote
Detail-Oriented Billing Accuracy Starts Here!
What We’re Looking For:
• A highly accurate, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced billing environment.
• Prior experience handling general office responsibilities and working with billing or financial documentation.
• High School Diploma preferred.
• Minimum typing speed of 45 wpm, ten-key by touch, and strong data entry skills.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and basic safety practices required.

What You Will Do: To review and prepare billing forms and ensure accuracy and completeness for electronic or hardcopy claims submission.
• Prepare and review all billing forms to ensure accurate and complete claims submission to insurance carriers.
• Enter documentation and adjustments into the computer system to maintain correct account balances.
• Review and identify charge discrepancies and complete all interdepartmental requests for rebilling.
• Prepare daily production reports and maintain required records, reports, and files.
• Evaluate account information and apply follow-up procedures as needed.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
