About the Role
This position is responsible for configuring and managing client systems, as well as providing technical support to end-users.
Key Responsibilities
Ā Configure and manage client systems to ensure seamless integration with EPIC applications.
Ā Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting problems and answering questions.
Ā Analyze workflows, data collection, report details, and other technical issues associated with EPIC software.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
Ā A strong understanding of hardware and operating system management for database servers.
Ā Experience with Microsoft Windows server/desktop OS platforms.
Ā EPIC certification within 6 months; Windows Server OS certification preferred.
