About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a friendly, professional demeanor, capable of resolving complex client inquiries while delivering a world-class customer experience. You should be comfortable navigating CRM systems, managing customer interactions, and maintaining high accuracy and compliance standards.

You will play a key role in building customer trust, driving retention, and delivering a seamless service experience, helping clients confidently navigate their insurance needs.

Salary Range: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour

Requirements
β€’ Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
β€’ High school diploma or equivalent.
β€’ Strong verbal and written communication skills
β€’ Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities
β€’ High emotional intelligence and customer-focused mindset
β€’ Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
β€’ Strong attention to detail and accuracy
β€’ Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems
β€’ Basic to intermediate computer skills (CRM, email, phone systems)
β€’ Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
β€’ Ability to follow processes, procedures, and compliance

2044-220 LICENSED IN GEORGIA (DESIRABLE)

Responsibilities
β€’ Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats
β€’ Process policy changes, endorsements, and updates
β€’ Assist customers with billing, payments, and account questions
β€’ Support claims by providing guidance and status updates
β€’ Prevent cancellations through problem resolution and retention efforts
β€’ Manage renewals and policy reviews
β€’ Deliver professional, empathetic, and efficient customer service
β€’ Accurately document all interactions and follow compliance procedures
β€’ Maintain productivity, quality, and service level standard
β€’ Collaborate with sales, underwriting, and management teams
