Key Responsibilities
• Manage inbound and outbound client communications via phone, email, and virtual meetings
• Assist clients with questions about benefits and available options
• Guide clients through application and enrollment processes
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure follow-up support
• Provide exceptional service and build long-lasting relationships
