Client Support Representative

As a Client Support Representative, you’ll be the linchpin in our operations, keeping customer service and sales activities running smoothly. The Client Support Representative attention to detail and proactive approach will enable our sales representatives to shine, while delivering a supportive, organized, and professional presence on-site.
Client Support Representative Core Functions:
• Educate new and existing customers on our clients products and services
• Provide exceptional customer service in-person, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and escalating when necessary.
• Accurately track and manage leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates.
• Prepare and organize sales materials, proposals, presentations, and other collateral.
• Assist with processing orders, invoices, and customer requests.
• Maintain and organize sales documentation, client records, and administrative files.
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and logistics between sales teams and clients.
• Collaborate effectively with fellow Client Support Representatives and internal teams to support operations and deliver consistency.
• Monitor sales metrics, maintain databases, and generate routine reports to support performance tracking.
Client Support Representative Essential Attributes:
• Prior experience in sales or customer service preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and mobile apps
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Basic understanding of sales processes and customer service

Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week
