Client Support & Junior Retirement Plan Administrator β Remote - Applicants located in Central MN
Spectrum Employee Benefits is a growing, locally owned Third-Party Administration (TPA) firm seeking a motivated and detail-oriented team member to support both client service and retirement plan administration functions. This is a fully remote position with a full benefits package and tremendous opportunity for long-term growth within the firm.
This role combines customer support, administrative coordination, problem-solving, and retirement plan operations. We are willing to train the right candidate who is organized, self-motivated, analytical, and comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment.
What You Will Do
β’ Serve as a point of contact for participant and client inquiries
β’ Assist participants and plan sponsors with website navigation and online support
β’ Enter and maintain employee enrollment and contribution data
β’ Process and reconcile retirement plan contributions
β’ Assist with retirement plan administration projects and compliance work
β’ Work with spreadsheets, reports, and large data sets
β’ Communicate professionally with clients, advisors, and recordkeepers
β’ Support senior administrators while learning retirement plan administration fundamentals
β’ Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a remote work environment

Qualifications
β’ Minimum 2 years of college education preferred
β’ Degree or coursework in accounting, finance, business, HR, mathematics, or related field preferred
β’ Accounting, payroll, bookkeeping, HR, customer service, or professional office experience preferred
β’ 2β5 years of professional experience preferred
β’ Retirement plan industry experience is a plus, but not required
