What This Role Is Really About

As a Client Success Strategist, you are the trusted partner, communicator, relationship builder, and steady presence for your portfolio of clients. You own the relationship, create clarity, keep communication flowing, and make sure clients always feel supported and confident in their partnership with Reunion Marketing.

You will collaborate across SEO, Paid Media, GEO, Analytics, and Operations—ensuring work is delivered accurately, on time, and aligned to client goals. Demonstrated experience working in or supporting the automotive industry is required for this role. Please apply if you are located in the Central or Pacific time zones and have experience supporting automotive customers and suppliers, with an understanding of their unique needs, timelines, and operational environment.

• Travel as needed, 20-25% of your time
