What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through their journey with the employer
Develop strong, proactive relationships with clients to maximize their use of products and services
Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal databases for all client interactions
Engage with clients through various channels to understand and address their needs
Provide clients and stakeholders with updates and insights regarding their success with the employer's products
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of three years of experience in customer or client success, or in an internal support role
Proven ability to work independently in a remote, startup environment
Strong customer-focused approach with a keen attention to detail
Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of exceeding expectations
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective client engagement
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus
Proactive approach to relationship-building with clients
