Client Success Specialist

The Client Success Specialist plays a vital role in coordinating sales activities and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders while maintaining accurate documentation and records. Responsibilities Prepare, file, and retrieve sales-related documents (e.g., due diligence submissions, assessment forms, NDAs) Coordinate meetings, calls, and demos for Business Development and Account Management teams Draft and manage account service-related documents such as meeting agendas, reports, proposals, and client correspondence Participate in client meetings and conference calls, contributing to document discussions and maintaining CRM updates Maintain current work-in-progress records and archives of past project information Liaise with internal teams to ensure proper pre- and post-sales service Maintain and update sales and customer records Develop and document onboarding processes in Confluence and maintain these pages Create and maintain reports and sales pipeline updates for executive leadership and senior sales team members Skills 1–3 years of experience in a sales environment Strong administration and coordination skills Excellent knowledge of customer service and sales standards Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), LawVu, and other platforms Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities Comfortable attending in-person meetings and sales-related events Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in documentation and reporting A combination of education and experience is considered Master's degree preferred Benefits A hybrid work environment, enabling you to balance your personal and professional life seamlessly.
