Client Success Manager

We live by the mantra of work humble, work smart, and work together.Responsibilities of this key roleAs a Client Success Manager at KOR you will be the go-to person for our clients. We have invested heavily in automation, self-service and on demand knowledge so that your client interactions are more premium value. Expect to work closely with clients across all levels of seniority and equally across the KOR internal team to deliver joyful experiences. This role depends on excellent communication, flexibility, and an enterprising attitude and these tops responsibilities:Primary contact for current client inquiries on business, domain, product and technical areasFirst reviewer, validator and triage of technical escalationsDrive account growthExpand revenue in accounts through pre-sales and existing client sales opportunitiesInfluence lifetime value through higher product adoption, client satisfaction and overall health scoresOrganize, contribute and participate in KOR working groups as necessitatedDefine and optimize client lifecycle by requesting, tracking and participating in programs and initiatives to improve engagement based on client segmentation and leading a culture of continuous improvementAbout youYou are excited about the opportunity to have a big voice and to put your fingerprints all over client experiences and their business outcomes.
