Client Success Associate

The Client Success Associate will manage inbound inquiries and resolve issues for SMB and mid-market clients while conducting outreach to drive engagement. Responsibilities Manage and resolve client issues by responding to inbound emails and phone calls from our 850+ PerkSpot clients Prioritize multiple incoming tickets based on urgency and business impact Escalate complex client issues appropriately by providing an initial assessment and recommended approach Report on key performance metrics, including First Response Time and Time to Resolution Drive new user growth by coordinating program re-launches, promoting census file uploads, and ensuring client compliance Conduct strategic outreach to high‑potential accounts to support engagement and growth opportunities Develop processes and best practices to enhance operational efficiency Manage incoming offer leads from clients seeking local partnerships Skills 1-2 years of experience in a client service role Experience managing and addressing several open service inquiries at once Knowledge in Salesforce, MS Excel, or any other tech software a plus Professional and empathetic but confident communication style Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to collaborate effectively and work well within a team Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance effective on your first day of employment!
