Visit Sequoia.com or follow us on LinkedIn to learn more.What You Get to Do: Fast growing companies require solutions to assist with expansion, the Client Solutions Specialist (CSS) plays a critical role in leading the client experience by implementing system solutions to address each client’s individual needs. The CSS will be responsible for implementing systems that address needs such as Time and Attendance, PTO Request Module, and others, ensuring this process is smooth and successful. Additionally, the CSS will project manage while collaborating with the Client Experience Manager (CXM), Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP), and Payroll to ensure the client’s integrations are implemented timely (initially) and are accurately maintained (on-going). Once implementation has concluded, the CSS serves as the primary point of knowledge and triages any questions from the CXM, HRBP, Payroll team. Finally, the CSS will lead ongoing internal/external trainings and maintain/update the knowledge base. This position requires strong project management skills, passion for client service, and excellent communication and relationship skills.
