Client Solutions Manager

Purpose

The Client Solutions Manager plays an important role in the growth of HC3 by cross-selling and upselling current clients as well as generating tier 1 prospects. By effectively generating and developing quality sales leads among our existing client base and non-target prospects, this role helps increase the size of the company's client base and overall revenue.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities for this position include the following:


Effectively communicate and promote HC3's brand in the marketplace.
Execute the inside sales process to cross-sell and upsell current clients as well as generate leads with smaller non-target businesses.
Meet annual revenue goals and key performance metrics.
Use the Jobs-to-be-Done (JTBD) methodology to understand the progress prospects are seeking.
Stay informed about industry trends, competition, and HC3 products and solutions.
Travel for conferences and presentations.
Provide cold call lead generation support for the Business Development team.
