Client Services Support Analyst

The Client Services Support Analyst will be responsible for supporting the development and deployment of Access Genius, collaborating with clients to gather business requirements, and ensuring project delivery while maintaining client satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with mentors and leadership to understand 'why' and 'how' to best initiate projects to facilitate learning and career growthDevelop understanding of Managed Markets and payer data to improve client engagement and project management capabilitiesResponsible for collecting business requirements based on client input and testing of product offeringsResponsible for project plan development, execution and maintenance.
