Client Services Specialist - Life Insurance (Performance Based/Remote Options Available)
We are currently expanding and hiring individuals to support clients with financial protection and life insurance solutions.
This position is ideal for someone looking for a flexible schedule, structured training, and the ability to grow into a long-term career path within financial services.
No prior experience is required. We provide hands-on training and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Meet with clients (virtually or in person)
ā¢ Review basic financial needs and protection options
ā¢ Assist clients in selecting appropriate life insurance coverage
ā¢ Follow a structured workflow and training system
ā¢ Maintain consistent communication with clients and team
Compensation:
ā¢ 100% performance-based (commission + bonuses)
ā¢ No cap on earnings
ā¢ Paid based on work completed, not hours logged
