Client Services Specialist

Kastendike Insurance Group is a Best Practices Agency in Insurance, seeking a Client Services Specialist for their Commercial Lines team. The role involves providing support to Client Managers by processing insurance documents, managing billing inquiries, and coordinating with carriers.ResponsibilitiesProcesses certificates of insurance (COI), binders, evidences, auto ID cards, applications, renewal requests, endorsements, premium finance agreements, and claim dataResponsible for initial input of account, contact, and policy details into EPICFollow up with carriers on status and receipt of all policies, endorsements, and cancellations.
