This is a remote position.Client Services Specialist β Bilingual SpanishLocation: Remote (Pacific Standard Time)Position Summary: As a Client Services Specialist, you will support Client Success Managers by managing client tasks and generating reports for individuals enrolled in our program. Your interactions with clients will occur through various channels, including inbound and outbound calls, email, and text. You will play a key role in ensuring clients receive consistent, empathetic, and accurate support throughout their journey with us.Key Responsibilities:Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong client relationshipsSet clear expectations during the early stages of the clientβs program (e.g., Welcome and Intro calls)Provide timely and informative updates to clients throughout their enrollmentAccurately assess client needs and offer empathetic, helpful assistanceManage a high volume of inbound/outbound communications (calls, emails, texts, voicemails)Ensure all scheduled client follow-ups are completed promptlyCollaborate effectively with team members to achieve individual and team goalsMaintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions in the CRM systemConsistently meet or exceed performance targetsRequired Skills & Qualifications:Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and EnglishIndustry specific experience in Debt relief.Strong active listening and customer-focused mindsetBasic math proficiencyOutstanding time management and multitasking abilitiesAbility to work both independently and collaborativelyHigh adaptability and flexibility in dynamic environmentsDemonstrated empathy and problem-solving in client interactionsWork Hours:Full-time positionMonday to Thursday: 8:00 AM β 5:00 PM (PST) Friday: 8:00 AM β 3:00 PM (PST)All hours must be worked in Pacific Standard Time.Remote Work Requirements: This is a remote position. Applicants must be capable of working efficiently in a distraction-free and quiet environment.
