The Alberta Construction Safety Association (ACSA) is a not-for-profit organization focused on enhancing safety in the construction industry. They are seeking a Client Services Representative to deliver exceptional customer service, assist members with course registrations, and provide support for technical difficulties related to e-learning courses.ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional service, ensuring smooth registration processes and handling transfers or refunds efficientlyGuide students through registration and facilitate a seamless experience.
