About the Role
• **This is a 12-week contract only position. ****

You will be responsible for supporting and managing compliance, operational, and client-facing activities related to healthcare staffing programs across multiple states. This role serves as a key liaison between internal teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure regulatory compliance, operational accuracy, and high-quality service delivery within nursing pools and supplemental staffing programs.

What You Will Do
• Manage multi-state healthcare staffing compliance requirements, including licensing, reporting, renewals, audits, and regulatory tracking.
• Interpret state and federal regulations related to healthcare staffing, credentialing, background screening, drug testing, and workforce eligibility.
• Support state audits, inspections, and inquiries with documentation, preparing responses, and coordinating follow-ups.
• Support client programs by monitoring supplier adherence to contractual and regulatory obligations.
• Partner and support numerous internal teams for new client implementations, ad-hoc projects, and/or issue resolution.
• Develop and maintain relevant policies, procedures, SOPs, and training documentation.
• Maintain compliance trackers, documentation repositories, and regulatory matrices.
• Analyze operational and compliance data to identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities.

What You Will Need
• At least 2 years’ experience in a client services environment within an MSP.
• Articulate the ability to manage internal and external stakeholder expectations.
• Ability to foster and build positive working relationships with internal departments.
• Strong organizational, prioritization skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic project management skills.
• IT literate (particularly Microsoft Office: Excel; PowerPoint)

Compensation: The salary range is $29.00- $32.70/ hour.
