Job DetailsJob Location Westlake, OHRemote Type Fully RemotePosition Type Full TimeEducation Level High SchoolJob Category Customer ServiceDescriptionJOB OVERVIEWThe Client Service Representative delivers a superior client experience by identifying, troubleshooting, and assisting the client’s needs.RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIESFollows the guidelines set forth in the Equity Trust Service Philosophy Provides inbound and outbound call servicing and operational support to individual investors and institutional clients Assists clients with financial transactionsResearch client inquiries including questions regarding required filings, asset holdings, forms completion and general online assistanceTrains clients on the myEQUITY online portalProvides timely follow-up on client concerns, issues, and transaction progressAnswers client questions regarding services and feesDocuments appropriate record of calls in Equity Trust systemsFollows all department procedures to ensure a superior client experienceManages incoming and outgoing communications, including phones, faxes, and emails Monitors and escalates service issues to ensure high quality response to clients’QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in the retirement or financial services industryHigh School Diploma or equivalentAssociate degree preferredPROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONSNone requiredTECHNICAL SKILLSIntermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Basic knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) preferredCULTURAL COMPETENCIESIn addition to our core company competencies of Cultivates Innovation, Nimble Learning, Action Oriented, Collaborates, and Being Resilient, a successful candidate in this role should exhibit the following behavioral competencies: Customer Focus ResourcefulnessCommunicates EffectivelyInstills TrustPHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENTThis job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.
