Deliver high-quality service to small business clients through day-to-day account management Manage renewals for assigned accounts and ensure timely, accurate solutions Build and expand client relationships through consultative discussions Collaborate with sales teams to drive referrals and additional services Balance inbound calls, tasks, and emails efficiently Contribute to client retention, satisfaction, and growth outcomes Support operational improvements and continuous performance enhancement Candidate Requirements
